Zen Family Spa & Reflexology ( Senopati )

First time visit and i would recommend to others people and fams. Easy access downtown right on Senopati area. Relax and soothing ambience is greeting you once entering the building. Make sure you need to do a reservation before. You may check on their instagram. Costumer service was friendly and so helpful. They also remind us to come on time. The theraphist was the key point of this service. They clean, neat, don't talk to much, as we need they focus on the massage. Therapy room was a bit dark, but good enough for you to feel warm and relax during the massage. I got 60 minutes secluded massage. After massage you can choose to bath or just cleaned up by warm towel. You can pick hot ginger or tea as drink. Just need the aromatherapy scent on the therapy room, as we feel in the reception area. Overall i'd have second visit :) PS: Please don't ever take a photo or videos while massaging. It's prohibited, dude.

Great place to have reflexology & massage with traditional Balinese treatment. Placed in senopati, quite hard to get a parking spot especially when full. The lobby is quite small and smells massage oil heavily. They sell drinks as well. Masseuses are friendly, price is okay, and sometimes quite hard to book a spot since it’s easily full but service is great overall.

Not my best experience and not worth the money I spent here. I had a Royal Touch Massage on Monday Nov 27th 2023. The masseuse (whom I forgot her name) offered me some massage on my head (which I know I never had any problem before, having my head massaged). The day after, Tuesday Nov 28th 2023. I felt uncomfort around my lower right ear. And everytime I try to swallow (even my own saliva), it's so painful! It turns out, the head massage triggered my lymph gland to swell and now I have to suffer from : 1. Ear ache 2. Trouble of swallowing I'm never ever planning on going back to ZEN.
